I stayed this hotel as last night of my vacation before flying back to Paris. The location was good as easy and short access to airport. Restaurant meal was more than what I expected. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Super clean, very good position. The spa is fantastic.

1. You will be having downgraded room called “ Comfort Double room “ even if you payed for the Privilege Double Room 203.90 € So I suggest to be really careful you will not feel cheated as I am now! Plus I have raised a complaint this evening and hopefully I will be getting back my overcharge back.
2. I recommend you to get another hotel or bring your ear plugs with you.
Reason: it is a night club called “Dusty Rose Club” opposite this hotel (check google maps) so the noisy echoes, the beats of loud music will be disturbing you as it disturbs me. It’s 3am 4/07/2023 and I can’t sleep at all. The club closes at 6am on Sat/Sun night.
3. Very arrogant reception front desk staff. Example: if you will ask for a free baby crib it will be immediately with you, but when you will ask for a simple duvet for your child the reception lady will answer no we don’t have it or she will pretend she did not understand what you are asking for!
P.S.: she refused to provide me her initials when I politely asked her twice. I hope that the Management of the hotel could take care of the front desk in nearest future.
Beautiful chic hotel, lovely spa facilities for indoor pool, sauna, and steam room, delicious restaurant and wonderful staff. We had a phenomenal stay during our three nights at this hotel! Highly recommend!
THE HOTEL DOESNT HAVE A COMPLAINT BOOK. They lost my laundry and nobody wanted to be responsible. There’s no Wi-Fi in the hotel. The breakfast is only bacon and eggs. Terrible experience. Gym and pool closes at 8 very early. They made a complaint because I changed the minibar of my room because the outlet was broke, so THEY CHARGE ME FOR THAT. And also by saying that the room smells like food. Horrible experience NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE
